Who are Coaches and what do they do?   Coaches are trained professionals who help people overcome the drama of their life's challenges and support them in focusing on the choices they have in front of them as well as support them in taking action to achieve accelerated results.      As a coach, I have my clients focus on:  * taking time for self-care * nurturing your dreams * accessing your inner wisdom or intuition                                          * finding the courage and intelligence to act on                                              your own behalf to reach your most heartfelt goal                                           * living with the highest standards and strongest                                             boundaries    How Can I Get Some Coaching?   Is This Right for Me?    If you are ready to make the choice and begin to live with more of a sense of  calm and abundance,  you can either join a tele-class or begin one-on-one   coaching. Descriptions of both options are listed below.    Join a Tele-Class   I create tele-classes throughout the year based on group interest.  Each teleclass is  once a week for four weeks.  The cost is $99.00.  If you are interested and would like  more information about classes that are being created in the near future, please email  me at CoachKrista@Gmail.com.  After we have discussed your participation, you can  pay for the class via Paypal.  I will discuss this with you when we are ready.    Classes are limited to 10 participants each, in order to maximize your benefits.  If you  have a Spouse's Club, book club or readiness group with at least five and no more  than 10 people interested,  who would like to take the class as a unit, that can be  arranged.      The cost for a tele-class is only $99.00.  That includes four 1-hour teleclasses with  email support and homework in between.     You can pay by Paypal or check.  If you choose to pay by check, I must receive  it at least one week before the class starts in order for proper processing time.  Once  I receive payment, I will email you your tele-class access code.  I only allow 10  participants per class.  You are registered in the class when I receive payment and  you receive your access code.  Note: Your place in the class will not be held by an  expression of interest.   Checks can be made out and sent to LifeStream Coaching, 1139 S. Lombard Ave.,  Oak Park, IL 60304.  In addition to your tele-class access code, I will email you some  introductory information, tele-class etiquette, and assignments one week before the  first class.     You call the bridge line at the appropriate time and enter the access code when  prompted and, voila, join the call, ready to share and learn.  Reminder, long distance  telephone charges will be your responsibility; they are not included in the $99.00.   Explore One-on-One Coaching   Call (708) MY COACH or 708 692-6224 CST to set up a free 45 minute coaching call to determine if one-on-one coaching         is a good fit for you.   After we have this free introductory call in which you can ask all the questions you may about life coaching, we will both know whether or not this approach is the right  one to support you on your way.   How Does the Coaching Process Work?   Once you have decided to walk this path with me, we will then begin three 45 minute coaching calls per month.  You will be assigning yourself homework in between calls.   Here's what you will receive: Three 45 minute calls with your coach a month Unlimited emails Monday thru Friday Unlimited 5-10 minute phone check-ins between scheduled           calls Monday Thru Friday Central Standard Time   What Does this Cost?   My normal monthly coaching package includes: three 45 minute calls a month, unlimited emails and unlimited quick 5-10 minute phone check-ins between scheduled calls (offered Monday thru Friday).  Just as with any professional, like a doctor, dentist or  a plumber, my services are not free.  I encourage you to consider it an investment in  yourself that will pay lifelong dividends.  My clients will attest to this.  Call me for an  introductory session and my fee schedule.    How Do I Pay for This?   You can pay by Paypal or check by the first Friday of each month for that  month's coaching. Just let me know how you prefer to pay.   Am I Obligated to This for A Specific Length of Time?   You are obligated for only one month at a time for as long as it supports you on  your journey.  The actual frequency and duration will be determined by both of  us.  I do ask that you give me one month's notice for cancellation.   Is Coaching a Reimbursable Service Through Health Insurance?   As coaching is not a healthcare provided service, it is not reimbursable at this time.
